Ross and Heidi,
Congratulations and best wishes for a long life of happiness together!
This was the first time I have cried at a wedding I shot professionally. The music was beautiful and when those doors to the sanctuary opened up to the bride and her father…well, I got choked up! And turning around to see the beaming and tearful groom witnessing his bride for the first time did not help me one bit. So many stories were shared about this couple and I felt like I knew their story so well when I was finished that day. Bethany and Nate are beautiful people inside and out and I have no doubt that together they will be amazing. I wish them all the best in this lifetime together:)
From getting her hair done, to the father-daughter dance, this bride was full of emotions and taking in every moment of her wedding day. Every detail was in place and the day was just stunning. It was really fun to watch Mike and Kim’s wedding day jitters melt away after they said, “I do.” They definitely make each other happy and as we moved onto pictures and then into the reception, they were able to completely relax and enjoy their celebration with family friends. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Shannon!
Somehow a month flew by since Alyssa and Jonathan got married, so I figured it was finally time to blog their wedding photos. They were one of the cutest couple’s ever. During the reveal time, their smiles were contagious and it was so fun to watch the joy they shared. Such a fun day! If they are any bit as happy as they were on their wedding day, then they are off to a great start. Congratulations, Jonathan and Alyssa! (And happy 1-month anniversary too;)
I travelled to Louisville, Ohio on June 2, 2013 fully expecting a beautiful day ahead of me. I love Becca and Andy’s style and their fun personalties, so I knew it was going to be a great day. And it was a beautiful setting, a wonderful couple and an absolutely perfect wedding day.
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Hoffman! Wishing you a long life of love and happiness together.
A couple weekends ago I had the priviledge of photographing Charlie and Molly’s wedding. Everything was low key and simple and it was a refreshing change of pace from weddings these days. Charlie and Molly are already a pretty laid-back couple, but I was still blown away by how incredibly calm they were. They kept the focus on the most important thing – eachother. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was intimate. Congratulations to the new couple and thank you for allowing me to capture some unforgettable memories for you as you start your life together.
The morning of the wedding the forecast was not looking very pleasant. It rained off and on for quite awhile, but not long after we arrived to Blossom Hill Farm, the rain let up and things were looking good. Mike and Lindsay were as calm as could be. It was obvious they were ready to get married and were going to enjoy whatever the day may bring. Despite a house full of people rushing around getting ready, the whole day had a very peaceful feeling to it and I would attribute that to the amazing couple.
The setting was beautiful with rolling hills, apple trees, and cattle roaming in the distance. In fact, the whole day was just beautiful and I have had such a hard time narrowing down my favorite pictures, so be prepared for a bunch!
Growing up people used to joke that these two should get married because they had the same last name. Not only do they share the same last name, their father’s have the same first name as well! It was clear to me in the little time that I spent with these two, that their shared last name was not the only reason they were meant to be together. Luke and Allana are two incredibly fun people, who were surrounded by some amazing family and friends on their wedding day. From the first moments of getting ready, to the reception, the entire day was a celebration and I was thankful to be able to capture such special memories for the new Mr. and Mrs. Williams.
May God bless you two on your life long journey together!
When I met Gina and she handed me the itinerary of her wedding day, I knew we would get along great. She had a very detailed list of what was happening at what time. I love people that pay attention to details and it was quite obvious throughout the day how much thought she and Geno put into their special day. From the wood her father chopped down to make various serving pedastals and the cross for the ceremony, to the vases of wild flowers that were in their own unique jars, wrapped with either lace, burlap, or twine. Everything was simply beautiful.
The couple decided to do a “sweet reveal” before the ceremony and Geno’s reaction to his bride, was well, take a look for yourself. *tear*
And its still about the details;)
While Gina was in hiding before the ceremony I took some photos and they are some of my favorites of her.
You would have never known it was 90 degrees from the looks on everyone’s face. Everything about this wedding was joyous, especially all the family and friends that were a part of it.
The most evident thing throughout the whole day was the love between Geno and Gina. They were beaming from start to finish.
I’m going to close this post with one of my favorites from the day, of Gina and Geno surrounded by everyone who has loved and supported them along their journey thus far.
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Ferraro!
