One week ago I had the privilege of spending Memorial day at Brookside Farms. This was my second time photographing a wedding at this beautiful venue and I am eager to go back again. What I loved most about this wedding was that the couple shined. Sure the venue was beautiful, but the couple was what made these some of my favorite images. Their love was evident and the family and friends that surrounded them shared in their love story. After six years of dating, Kyle and Katherine were absolutely ready to say, “I DO!” Every detail was planned out, love letters were written, but the moment they had their first look, the fun began:) Smiles, tears, giggles…I got to witness them all day long. Kyle and Katherine, you two are beautiful together. Congrats! ~Jen
This sweet newborn not only has parents who love her an incredible amount, but also a pretty proud big sister who loves to help take care of her. We sat around and talked through numerous feedings 😉 and had fun getting to know each other. Relaxed in the comfort of their home, I had a wonderful time getting a glimpse into the life of this wonderful family. Many sweet blessings! ~Jen
Sweet Colton! I loved spending time with this cutie and his parents. Whenever Colton wasn’t quite into his session, his dad played music on his phone and this little boy started grooving every time. I wish I had video of it because it was one of the funniest/cutest thing I have seen. Enjoy some images from my time with this beautiful family.
A couple weekends ago I had a lot of fun hanging out with Julianna and her mom at Case-Barlow Farm. It was a warm, but extremely windy day. I love when a light wind catches a few piece of hair and allows me to catch some movement. This helps the image feel a little more alive, in my opinion. Unfortunately, there was nothing about this wind that was “light”. Even though the wind was pretty challenging, Julianna was amazing and I absolutely loved photographing her and her stunning blue eyes. I guess you would call these Julianna’s sweet 16 pictures. We got to photograph her sister a few years ago when she turned 16. What a fun family tradition!
